CREEPY CLOWNS: The Lunatic'ler is director Pete Jacelone's first featured role as Larry, a mild mannered artist traumatised as a child by a deranged tickling clown. As an adult, he finds him at the mercy of a monsterous alter ego: a hideous killer clown who enjoys tickling his innocent victims to death!
