Henry, a mortuary student at the Lawrence Psychiatric Institute asks a fellow resident to kill him, embalm him, then bring him back to life so he can experience the ultimate high.
But in order to be embalmed, one must be dead. So they try to convince Gerry, a known psychopath, to kill him.
Meanwhile, Dr. Struckhoff, who runs the morgue at the Lawrence Psychiatric Institute, continues to search for an apprentice.
