Dr. Lawrence's nephews ("the Mortician Kids") return to the Morgue to save their friend Morgan who they believe is being held captive.
Instead they encounter other students who are being turned into living manikins by one of the demented doctors (Dr. Struckhoff).
But before the kids can save the other students, they're brains are once again electronically switched with the brains of the Dr. Struckhoff and Dr. Xavier. The brains of the captive students are also switched.
They all must figure out a way to get back to normal.
Unfortunately not all of them make it out alive!
