In the early 2000's a serial killer known as THE RED GARROTE STRANGLER terrorized the UK and parts of Europe. His victims were either homeless, runaways, or innocent young men he picked up in bars.
His killing method was always the same... death by lethal garrote...always a RED garrote.
Apparently he would first make his victims feel comfortable.
He would offer them a drink, which would knock them out... before strangling them.
He has never been caught, despite the fact he has left video recordings of his murders.
