THE CUTTER RETURNS: Austin's TRICK OR TREAT Revenge!
On Halloween Eve, a young man, Austin (Zane Claudio) decides to investigate the murder of his lifeguard friend, whom he believes is the victim of a serial killer known as THE CUTTER.
Since the police have done nothing to stop this demented killer, Austin decides to take matters in his own hands.... and fails.....
