THE KILLER CLOWN MEETS THE CANDY MAN, is a fictional yet historically accurate docudrama about the meeting of infamous American serial killers John Wayne Gacy and Dean Corll who collectively murdered more than sixty young men in the 1970s.
In the story, Dean Corll (known as "The Candy Man") is in Chicago attending a candy conference, when he by chance meets John Wayne Gacy (known as "The Killer Clown"). Together they plan the murder of a teenager, but their plans are changed when they meet Charles Manson at a cheap motel.
The film stars Edward X Young as Dean Corll, Jeremy Woodworth as John Gacy, Eric Fleming as Wayne Henly, Seth Leighten Hale as David Brooks and John Link as Charles Manson and features a special appearance by aspiring model/actor Daniel Mickelson who passed away in July of 2021.
