Serial killer John Wayne Gacy murdered 33 young men and boys in the 1970s.
His victims were young, but not all of them were naive and stupid, yet he was able to lure them to his home, and convince them to put on "trick" handcuffs.
Once handcuffed, he was able to overpower them and ultimately end their young lives.
